We are trained in various modalities and can truly tailor your treatment to be as unique as you are.

individual therapy

$75 - $165

The investment of individual psychotherapy is determined based on $150 per 60-minute session after initial intake as follows:

Initial intake (typically 75 minutes): $165

Psychotherapy, 60 minutes: $150

Psychotherapy, 45 minutes: $112.50

Psychotherapy, 30 minutes: $75

*these are private-pay rates and will vary based on contracted insurance rates and your health plan.

couples therapy

$165 - $200

The investment of couples therapy is based on 90-minute session commitment after initial intake as follows:

Initial intake (typically 120 minutes): $200

Couples therapy, 90 minutes: $165

*these are private-pay rates only, and Untangled Truths PLLC does not bill insurance for couples therapy (you are welcome to read our explanation here).

emdr intensive therapy

$800-$3,200

The investment of EMDR intensive therapy is determined after completing required 1-hour consultation to determine agreed-upon length of intensive sessions, beginning at 4-hour intensive session at the rate of $800 per intensive:

4-hour intensive: $800

8-hour intensive: $1,600

12-hour intensive: $2,400

16-hour intensive: $3,200
